It was my first time doing Pilates classes. Tammi started with a thorough grounding in the basics which we then built on in subsequent classes. I found her to be very helpful, knowledgeable and she has a great attention to detail. While the classes were always enjoyable, we were challenged as Tammi kept a keen eye on everyone to ensure they were moving correctly and that they were giving it their best effort. By the end of each class I felt thoroughly exercised but relaxed and refreshed. As my job involves spending long hours in the Office, her classes have been of real benefit to me as my posture, flexibility and general body awareness is much improved.
