I joined Tammi O’Flynn’s class as a beginner, with a bit of anxiety about ‘getting it right’.
Her philosophy of first creating a solid foundation, through the discipline of mastering the basics, stands in good stead for progressing to more complex exercises.
Tammi’s gentle instruction, coupled with an attentive eye and supportive manner, put me at ease and made Pilates a challenge I enjoyed; not forgetting the benefits it brings for the body and awareness.
Thank you Tammi!
When I first found Tammi's Pilates class 4 years ago I had previously attended 3 different teachers and enjoyed Pilates but Tammi was by far the best. I suffer with RSI and Pilates helped immeasurably. Tammi's classes are challenging, fun and informative and I quickly became a loyal fan. I was gutted when she decided to leave Dublin - our loss is most certainly Cape Town's gain. It is true what they say about the benefits of Pilates and Tammi makes the effort an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
